David is the director of the Property Management Division and a top producing realtor for West USA Realty, Inc. He was also recently recognized as one of the 40 best real estate agents under 40 by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. He was a founding board member of the West Valley Chapter of NARPM and the Arizona Baseball Club. He also volunteers on the board of directors for the Arizona Baseball Club, as a member of the High School Ministry at Christ's Church of the Valley, and on the board of trustees at Arizona Christian University. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Kara and two young sons Mason (10) and Luke (8).

He is passionate about creating a personalized customer experience for each client and can often be found meeting with clients and vendors in the Peoria office or at one of our property listings. Don believes that teamwork is the most effective way to reach a goal. This dates back to his previous career as a professional baseball player where he was a pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Brittany is Arizona native and enjoys all that this beautiful state has to offer. Her background includes several years in the customer service industry followed by a career in interior design and decorating. Her eye for design and knowledge in remodels has been helpful to many of her clients achieving the home of their "Pinterest dreams". With a recent transition into real estate, she is eager to offer her skills and services to her real estate clients moving forward. In her free time you will find her enjoying her two children and husband. As a family they love to spend time in Newport Beach or their family cabin near Pinetop.
Kara is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona and currently resides in Phoenix with her husband and 2 kids. She earned her Business and Communication degree from the University of San Diego, and still enjoys visiting the cooler beach weather with her family as often as possible. Kara's strengths are customer service and communication with her clients. She knows the home buying/selling process can be exciting, and also overwhelming. She strives to keep her clients well informed and comfortable throughout the process. On her off days, you'll find Kara watching her boys on a sports field, traveling, or volunteering with the High School Ministry at Christ's Church of the Valley.
Tonya is a native of Arizona and loves road tripping to explore the variety of beautiful terrains seen across the state. Her background includes several years in finance customer service & corporate training for a Fortune 25 company, followed by a career as an Interior Designer. With a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University, partnered with a passion for real estate, she is well poised to help individuals and families make their vision of their ideal home a reality. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, thrift shopping, and practicing yoga & meditation.
Jim has over 20 years of customer service experience, most recently in the golf industry as a PGA Professional, managing golf clubs and instructing students. Jim believes his experiences of building relationships will be a good foundation for developing a successful real estate career. His core values are hard work, dedication and dependability. These, paired with his positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond, are all things he wants to deliver to his future clients as a member of our team. He enjoys spending time with his wife Wendy and rooting for Pittsburgh sports teams, as he is originally from that area. He still loves golf and plays regularly to keep his game sharp.
