David is the director of the Property Management Division and a top producing realtor for West USA Realty, Inc. He was also recently recognized as one of the 40 best real estate agents under 40 by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. He was a founding board member of the West Valley Chapter of NARPM and the Arizona Baseball Club. He also volunteers on the board of directors for the Arizona Baseball Club, as a member of the High School Ministry at Christ's Church of the Valley, and on the board of trustees at Arizona Christian University. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Kara and two young sons Mason (10) and Luke (8).
Don has been a licensed real estate agent at West USA Realty for over 25 years. He is passionate about creating a personalized customer experience for each client and can often be found meeting with clients and vendors in the Peoria office or at one of our property listings. Don believes that teamwork is the most effective way to reach a goal. This dates back to his previous career as a professional baseball player where he was a pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Kelly has been working with us since 2004. She is very detail oriented which is why she heads up our accounting department. You can normally find her working in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as she works from her home office the rest of the time. Kelly is also a licensed agent and specializes in all forms of contract writing. In her free time Kelly enjoys traveling with her family as well as attending Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers concerts.
Mikayla is the newest member of the Pruitt team. She assists in our accounting department as an Account Admin Specialist. She handles many other requests from our property management agents. During her free time, Mikayla enjoys spending time with her kids and extended family. She also loves Starbucks, swimming and shopping.
