We currently offer several different methods for tenants to pay their rent electronically. Below us a guide of each of these methods which we feel is becoming increasingly the most secure way to make payments.
Option # 1 RentCafe:
RentCafe is the best way to allow tenants to pay their rent. They are able to setup payments, view balances, and see their history. Tenants that use RentCafe will not be able to make payments unless balances are paid in full. It is extremely important that property managers verify all tenant balances by check tenant ledgers on a regular basis. Any inaccuracies in tenant ledgers could result in payment issues.

WIPs is an excellent option for tenants that generally pay using cash, check or money orders. They are able go to secure location such as Walmart and Fry's, log into their account using their WIPs number, and initiate payments.

Option # 2 One Time Payment Weblink:
The One Time Payment link should only be used as a temporary or one time method. This is ideal for people that are trying to pay security deposit, or also for owners that are trying to send money to their managers for repair projects. The downside is that the payers are able to choose whatever balance they want and it is not dependent on any ledgers.
